5) Tools and other matters

5.1 Cookie consent tool

This website uses a so-called "cookie consent tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications requiring consent. The "cookie consent tool" is shown to users when they call up the page, in the form of an interactive user interface on which consent for certain cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by ticking boxes. Through the use of the tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are loaded only if the respective user gives the corresponding consent by ticking a box. 5.2 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics is only loaded if you have previously given your express consent via our cookie consent tool; the legal basis for the processing is therefore your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Without consent, no data is transmitted to Google. Where consent is active, Google Analytics processes information about your use of this website (e.g. pages called up, calculators and tools used, clicks on dealer links, approximate region of origin, device and browser information). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, but are only used for rough geolocation and then discarded. The storage period for user signals configured by us is 14 months; after that the data is deleted automatically. We have deactivated Google Signals (cross-device advertising functions). We have concluded the data processing terms provided by Google (data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO) with Google. In the course of the processing, data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection in accordance with Art. 45 DSGVO. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the website data stored in your browser for this website (cookies or local storage) - the next time the page is called up, the consent banner appears again and Google Analytics remains deactivated until consent is given again. 7) Duration of storage of personal data
