What the tool does
The front sprocket holding tool in the 415 pitch for the Kreidler models. Length of chain and retaining ring, hands free work on the sprocket nut.
When you need it
Front sprocket changes or retightening the sprocket nut on the Florett and Flory.
How to use it
Remove the pedal arm or kickstart.
Wrap the tool's chain around the front sprocket, fit the retaining ring onto the shaft.
Loosen or tighten the sprocket nut, observing the thread direction.
Kreidler sprocket nuts sit tight. Without a clean holding tool, the spanner slips off or the engine turns with it.
With a locking tab: bend the tab all the way back before loosening it, otherwise it snaps off and later jams in the sprocket area.
